Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Property Services Team, based in our London Bridge office.
Hyde is one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. By providing customers with a safe and decent home, we enable them to realise their potential, enjoy their environment, and contribute to their community.
As an Administrator, you will provide proactive administrative support across the team, with a strong focus on customer service, scheduling, and case management. This role will involve managing repairs-related enquiries, handling escalated cases, and supporting service delivery improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Book inspections for surveyors and schedule repairs.
- Manage and maintain dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Act as a first point of contact for escalated queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support with diary management across the team.
- Assist with damp and mould cases, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve repair issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting and service improvement.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong administrative background.
- Confident dealing with escalated queries and customer complaints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external contractors.
- Quick learner who can manage own workload and adapt to change.
