**What can you bring to Banham?**
Your ability to work within a high call volume environment will enable you to provide a customer-centric service as well as:
- Managing engineer diaries and booking appointments accordingly
- Having the ability to provide administrative support to the Senior Department Leaders to assist with diary management, department reports, department paperwork, invoicing and certification, and general admin duties
- Ensuring customer and account data is entered in the correct format, following the company's data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifying customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, and updating data when account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or missing.
- Having excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn.
- Being able to work as part of a team whilst being based in the office three days a week with two days working from home.
