SDC Lab, a leading dental laboratory and denture clinic in Edinburgh, is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist.

**Role Overview**:
As our Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing both front-of-house reception duties and essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a background in dental nursing or reception work who is looking to expand their skill set in a new and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Data entry of lab work, intraoral files, and photos into our system
- Ensuring lab work is completed on time, tracked accurately, and posted to clients as needed
- Assisting with the preparation of patient records and documentation
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and data entry
- Liaising with dental technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience as a dental nurse, receptionist, or in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in data entry and an understanding of lab processes (preferred)
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Familiarity with dental software (desirable, but not essential)

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
