At Hastings Direct our ambition is to be the UK's best and biggest digital insurer. To enable achievement of this we have created a brand new OD Insights & Performance Manager role focussed providing data, colleague & commercial insights and performanceevaluation of OD interventions.

If you are a strong analyst with great stakeholder management skills and are curious about learning initiatives, we would love to speak with you. An L&D background is advantageous but not essential for this role.

**What could you, as OD Insights & Performance Manager, be working on?**

As a key member of the Organisation Development Team you will working closely with the Head of OD?to help drive the successful outcomes of our Colleague, Leadership & OD initiatives.

**Some of what you can expect your remit to include;**
- Setting up the ongoing analysis, evaluation and reporting of data related to learning and development initiatives within Hastings
- Collaborating with colleagues across the company and within HR to set up measures which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning
- Resource modelling to ensure OD initiatives and activities are adequately resourced and delivered to requisite quality standards
- Establishing and embedding the use of standardised process mapping techniques to support the development of our end-to-end learning programmes.
- Shaping a systematic approach to development of digital and in person learning journeys
- Setting up and managing external partners and suppliers in partnership with OD team SME and procurement team.

**What experience do we need?**
- Passionate about creation, implementation and evaluation of exciting learning and development opportunities
- Strong analytical capability including high level proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and reporting. Ideally experience of Microsoft Project, Power BI and using teams to manage projects
- Comfortable analysing data, spotting trends and producing reports
- Experience of process mapping i.e. Visio
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management

**Advantageous experience;**
- Previous experience in projects or roles aimed at improving learning & development outcomes
- Proficient in using data to evaluate the efficacy of learning design and gauge learning outcomes
