**Sales Development Representative**
**20k basic salary + 5k OTE + Benefits**

Our client is a leading provider of technology-enabled payment services to businesses around the world, operating and providing global cross-border and localised solutions in 58 countries across 5 continents.

If so, this could be your chance to join a rapidly growing team as an Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative. Based at the Leicester Head Office, The Sales Development Representative's core purpose is to make outbound B2B calls to provideand establish opportunities for the Field Sales team to convert into a sale. The role will be primarily office-based but a hybrid model is currently in operation.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (no weekends) 0900-1700
Daily Commission is uncapped and can be earned for achieving your monthly sales targets, realistic OTE £25,000+
**Primary responsibilities**:
? Make outbound calls to businesses from either cold or warm data and proactively introduce core products and services
? Attempt to overcome any customer objectives to improve sales opportunities
? Schedule future appointments for either Field or Telesales in seller's diaries
? Live transfer calls to our Telesales team
? Ensure that appointments meet both internal and external compliance measures
? Consistently exceed Performance metrics to drive appointments and sales
? Update and manage the CRM (Salesforce) to improve future customer contacts.
? Take ownership of your appointments and gather updates from your sellers
? Build strong working relationship and trust with both office and field-based sales team to work towards the common goal of overachieving on sales targets
**About You**:
If you've already got some experience in B2B appointment setting, as a telesales agent or cold calling, that's great and if you've worked in payments before that would be fantastic. But even if you've never worn a headset don't worry - you'll get the trainingand the opportunities to hit big and be a superstar. If you can sell yourself and can demonstrate your potential, then this could be your opportunity to start your sales career.
? Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales OR customer service environment with a passion for sales
? Self-drive and organisational skills are essential
? High level of verbal and written communication skills
? PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications or Google and ideally Salesforce CRM
? Proven track record in targeted environment
? High energy and passion to deliver results
? Outstanding punctuality and attendance record
? Must demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement
? Good knowledge of G-suite and Salesforce are preferred but not essential
