**Global Hub Administrator**

**26,000 to 28,000**

**09:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - Remote, may require going on site twice a month.**

Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding Humanitarian Organisation who are looking for a Global Hub Administrator, to join their team on a 6 month temporary basis. You will be supporting one international director and one national director with varied admin duties such as regular reporting and diary management.

**Main Duties**:
As a Global Hub Administrator To 2 Directors you will be responsible for the below:

- Managing diaries, Mailbox management, travel arrangement, booking and attending meetings.
- Proofreading documents, preparing agendas, drafting letters as well as briefs, taking minutes and updating relevant members of further actions.
- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and ordering stationary.
- Assisting with various research, as well as implanting Health and safety training.
- Welcoming guests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
As a Global Hub Administrator To 2 Directors you must have the below:

- Proven experience of working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator team.
- Extensive experience with diary management and support senior management.
- Ideally previous experience with SAP or similar Database.
- Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
