**Our Service**:
The housing management and landlord service is responsible for the provision of landlord to 8,400 council homes across North Yorkshire, including the allocation of homes, collection of rent, effective tenancy, and neighbourhood management along with the development and delivery of the council’s tenant involvement strategy. This is an exciting time of transformation for the allocations team as we work to establish a single allocations policy for North Yorkshire.

**The role**:
**What you will bring**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, friendly, customer focused team player to join us in delivering a professional and exceptional allocations service. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working with vulnerable customers. We need you to be reliable, confident, and able to work under pressure as part of a busy team. It would be an advantage if you have some experience of working with Choice Based Lettings systems or within a housing team or organisations, but this is not essential. You will however need good computer skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle and analyse information from multiple sources.
