Are you a General Practice Senior Manager looking to make the next step up in your career? Would you jump at the chance to focus more on operational management and business development?

Our client, a leading independent firm of chartered accountants in London, is looking to recruit an experienced General Practice Associate Director. If you're comfortable handling technical queries and love the client-facing elements of running your ownportfolio, you may now be interested in the next step.

This role could offer more commercial and strategic involvement, working very closely with the Director on business development and fast-paced expansion.

The firm have a high-calibre client base to include real estate, private client families and property funds and therefore offer a full range of services, including ad-hoc advisory project work. The firm have an enviable record in retaining staff and manyof their client facing staff have been with the firm for over 10 years.
- Be ACA (ICAEW) Qualified.
- RI status, or on route to acquiring this.
- Have a strong general practice background, with at least 50% audit in current role.
- Demonstrable experience in client management.
