This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Insight Analyst, joining the Customer Analytics team twice a week in the Burton office, or even once a week in one of their on-site locations With the chance to be part of their exciting venture of understandingtheir customer feedback and general customer insight, this position would be perfect for someone looking to set themselves up in their Insights Analytics career with an established company. This role would suit a young analyst based in Staffordshire or theWest Midlands, looking to gain excellent experience and improve their existing skillset in insight analytics.

**THE ROLE**:
As the Customer Insight Analyst, you will be joining the Customer Analytics team, as well as reporting to the Head of Customer Insight. You can expect to work on exciting projects, such as:

- Conducting analysis of various data, including survey data, customer behaviour, and different qualitative and quantitative activities with Excel and SQL
- Use this analysis to produce actionable insights that can help improve company service
- Make recommendations to the business based off your insights to improve customer service
- Report and present analysis findings, doing data storytelling to stakeholders and the wider business
- Understand the driving factors behind customer satisfaction

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
As the Customer Insight Analyst, you will be expected to:

- Have experience of conducting data analysis, using Excel or SQL
- Preferably have experience with a dashboarding tool, like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik and producing insights based off this analysis
- Have effective communication for liaising with stakeholders and the wider business
- Be able to write written reports and communicate findings efficiently
- Be data and tech literate, with a basic understanding in statistical methods
- Show a willingness to learn as a critical thinker and curious individual
