**Full-Time Position - Monday to Friday / 08.00am - 04.00pm**
Mersona Limited is an established manufacturing and distribution centre; providing a dedicated service to the Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care Group.
As an Accounts Support Administrator, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting branch sales by selecting ranges, preparing and monitoring stock, and providing assistance to store staff. All tasks are to be completed in a timely, courteous and professional manner, whilst maintaining great relationships with branch associates.
Principle duties include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating invoices against delivery paperwork.
- Liaising with suppliers and raising queries.
- Providing information to our Head Office Finance Team.
- Maintaining our central cost database, and updating our local systems.
- Raising paperwork for overseas production orders.
- General administration and filing.
‘On-the-job’ training for the role will be provided by our dynamic and friendly team.
Key skills and characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great rapport building ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
- IT literate (familiar with Microsoft Office tools - Word / Excel).
- Good time keeping and attendance.
6 month’s probationary period with performance review.
20 day’s annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,319.00 per year
