Finance/administration Assistant

**What will you do as Finance Administrator?**
- Liaise with supplier's on missing and incomplete documentation.
- Maintain the Purchase Order Spreadsheet on a daily basis
- To cross reference the PO against the invoice making sure price, quantity & line items are correct
- To reconcile supplier statements on sage on a weekly basis.
- To communicate any disputes or problems to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.
- Create remittances and make sure there are bank account details for supplier payments.
- Assist with the day-to-day running and co-ordination of accounts payable.
- Collect and process clocking data and prepare overtime and other payroll calculations.
- Record Absence data and distribute to managers.
- Match credit card receipts to statements, record in excel, and post onto Sage.
- Credit Control - to chase customers for any outstanding payments in a timely manner
**What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Financial Qualification to AAT Level, desirable.
- Financial Qualification to AAT Level, desirable.
- 2 years experience of working in a Finance Department
- Experience in sales and purchase edger as well as credit control and payroll.
