**The experience and skills that will help you hit the ground running are**:

- Management and strong recruitment experience in education (or a related sector, such as healthcare)
- Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
- Evidence of recruiting and developing high performing teams
- Ability to drive strong activity levels
- Previous work within a high compliance sector
- Strong customer service skills
- Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills

**The rewards**

TeacherActive promote a culture of reward and recognition. The initial basic salary is dependant on experience but if a Branch Manager joined us on a basic salary of 45k, it is very realistic to increase that basic salary to 60k through achieving targetsset, over a 4 year period. The basic salary increases are on top of the commission paid on a monthly basis, for meeting team targets.
