We are currently looking for a Branch Assistant to join the ADI team at our Hull branch. This role is a Monday to Friday position (no weekends), competitive salary with a quarterly bonus and offers excellent, long term opportunities to develop a career in B2B sales and customer service

As a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct support in selling our security products and/or services to new and existing customers. You will be working in a busy, demanding environment where you will be completing orders with good attention to detail and ensuring the sales process delivers a high-quality service to our customers. You will also work with other departments to provide sales support whilst using your knowledge to advise on our products.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Drive business growth by closing sales with existing customers
- Deal with multiple tasks - order management, phone queries, stock control
- Understand our products, systems, and procedures
- Engaging with existing customers
- Manage the sales process efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades/wholesale environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team

**WE VALUE**:

- Prior industry experience would be an advantage
- Electrical wholesale experience would beneficial
- Working knowledge of SAP beneficial
