This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with the hearing screening of newborn babies within Harrow, Ealing & Brent.

We currently have a vacancy for a part time Administrator at a Band 3 (Thursday-Friday only) some flexibility will be required to cover annual leave.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is organised and methodical to join our 'family-friendly' and dedicated Newborn Hearing Screening team based at Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow. The post holder will be required to support the team and the effective delivery of service administratively excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent computer skills are required. Experience of working in an administrative role is desirable.

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable person who has the ability to perform under pressure and work as a positive member of the team.

The Harrow, Ealing & Brent Newborn Hearing Screening Administrator is an integral role within our team, required to help support and correctly process the provision of the hearing screening pathway for babies as soon as is practicable, considering a baby and his/her parent’s needs. Assisting and deputizing administratively for the local manager. Be responsible for all transferring/sharing and investigation of records on the NHSP database. Work as a member of the team and provide comprehensive and quality administrative functions for the Programme.
