**Concept Resourcing are delighted to be working with a market leading organisation in the London region who require a Purchasing Support Team Leader to oversee the purchasing operations team.**

**You will be a natural leader, with a keen eye for detail, able to analyse data and review processes to implement new strategic ideas to take the department to the next level.**
- Leading a small team of experienced purchasing administrators and analysts
- Working collaboratively both internal and externally with procurement, supply chain, sales and finance teams to ensure service delivery targets are met/exceeded
- Managing a team to outline improvements, achievements, training and development and conducting 1-1's
- Compiling information and statistics against current processes and reporting these back to senior management
- Implementing strategic plans and ideas to reduce area spend and utilisation of budgets to enable cost savings
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as a point of contact with suppliers
- Processing of purchase orders and purchasing administration duties daily
- Procurement of mínimal services when required
- Creating and providing plans to enable smooth, simple customer journey
- Experience of working within a purchasing/analytic environment with understanding of purchase orders
- Experience of managing/mentoring small teams
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written English
- Highly organised - able to handle large work schedules within time frames
- Keen eye for detail - able to proactively analyse area of improvements and errors
- Team player - confidently able to conduct meetings and input ideas with senior managers across several departments
- Professional acumen - you will be able to confidently outline information and requests with large global accounts to find proactive solutions
- IT literate - MS Office, Excel - Power BI experience is required

**This position is being offered on a hybrid basis (2 days on site in central London, 3 working at home).**

**Salary - Up to £40,000 + yearly bonus (to be discussed)
