Italian Inside Sales

Our client, a renowned furniture manufacturer, is looking for an Italian speaking Inside Sales Executive to join an exciting new team with a focus on further developing sales with existing business customers and distributors. Working from their Newport officesyou would be making calls to businesses in an untapped market, earning commission on top of basic salary.
You will
- Use your initiative to devise new communication ideas.
- Provide quick quotations, product advice and lead times.
- Answer internal and external queries relating to your customers, provide general sales support.
- Liaise with Sales Manager for larger projects.
- Understand the sales target and work towards delivering the first-class customer experience that helps achieve the overall sales targets of the team and the company.
- Order entry, checking and scheduling - liaising with production and logistics to ensure smooth running of production and delivery.
- Handle client complaints and replacement orders.
**You are**:
- **Fluent in Italian (verbal and written)**:
- PC literate, with experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proactive and client focussed
- Target focussed
- Confident in developing and maintaining relationships on the phone
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload effectively
- **Organized, with attention to detail**
Ideally, you
- Have experience in Inside Sales or Account Management or telemarketing
- Have experience of dealing with business customers in Italy
The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Newport, Wales. The working hours are 39 hours within 8:00am
- 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
