**Partnerships Manager** required for an exciting FinTech (over 100+ people and growing FAST) based in Central London and a great chance for a Business Development Manager or Partnerships Manager to join this rapidly growing brand in a pivotalrole.

Created by a team of proven FinTech entrepreneurs our International Payments client is an FCA regulated business that provides global payment services to a range of businesses.

Currently they are actively recruiting for a **Partnerships Manager** based in their office in London (Hybrid Working) - The partnerships team will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and expanding commercial relationships with strategicpartners, who will be able to sell our services on our behalf.

Key partners are considered to be organisations that can sell their services on their behalfand your main responsibilities will be to build new commercial relationships and to nurture existing partnerships.

**Salary £50,000 - £65,000 plus strong commission structure**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage a portfolio of existing partners**:

- **Identify and onboard new strategic partners**:

- Take end-to-end ownership of all discussions, actions relating to key partners
- Work effectively with senior management, legal, product and technology to identify and scope new partnerships that will deliver revenue growth for the firm
- Develop reporting based on KPIs for senior management to evaluate the strength of key partnerships

**Experience**
- **2-4 years prior experience in Partnership Management, Relationship Management or New Business Development.**:

- **A Sales Attitude - you will be looking to secure new Partnerships initially**:

- Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of the global payments space.
- Strong portfolio management and stakeholder management skills.
- A sense of fun and enjoy working in a dynamic organisation.
