**Our Legal Apprenticeship - Aviation**
Applications for our Legal Apprenticeship are now open, for a September 2025 start.
Our two year paralegal apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies. The apprenticeship offers an introduction to the fundamentals of legal practice and provides a combination of learning and working within one of our legal teams, to build your knowledge and the skills required to work as a Litigation Assistant at Kennedys.
You will be able to earn a salary and gain a qualification at the same time with the opportunity to study toward a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services, which is equivalent to the first year of a law undergraduate degree.
In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a personal tutor and student manager at BPP, to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies.

Kennedys' Aviation team is focused on providing legal solutions to the entire aviation sector. We have extensive experience in supporting, advising and representing the aviation sector and its insurers, from private flying, through to global air carriers and product manufacturers.

**To be considered for the apprenticeship programme, you will need**:
To have studied A-Levels or equivalent studies and achieved at least 120 UCAS Points
