**Client Details**

Our client in Ashington are a leading UK company in their sector. They have parking onsite with a good office environment.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor will be;
- Receiving customer purchase orders and transforming them into sales orders on the internal CRM.
- Sending order acknowledgements and transferring completed orders to warehouse for picking or purchasing for fulfilment.
- Liaising with management and account managers to ensure a smooth order pipeline and the resolution of any customer issues in a professional, timely fashion.
- Adhoc aspects of office management as required, including managing stationary orders and stock and replenishing drinks machines and facilities.
- Using a variety of spreadsheets and reports to book in, quote & manage courier requests
- Reporting to the team leader and managing a workload of orders and sending down as required.
- Sending out proof of deliveries and answering courier queries.
- Dealing with paperwork pulls and daily paperwork processing & filing.
- Any other ad-hoc customer service, office support and commercial duties as required.
