Here at GXO Logistics, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Transport Admin to join our existing team in Andover our Co-op contract, on a full-time, permanent basis. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off and we're looking for someone to join our day shift; 06:00-18:00. The role will involve a wide range of transport operational responsibilities and will be required to complete transport reports and administrative tasks.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £19,691.52 per annum. In addition, we offer 23 holiday days, you'll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- To build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered.
- Recording details of vehicle accidents and ensuring these are escalated to line management
- Driver brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’S
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Being proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur.
- Proven experience within an administration capacity
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with the drive to promote a positive culture to achieve the best out of your team
