Nursery Administrator

We are actively recruiting an administrator to be based at our nursery based in Whitchurch (RG28). This role complements our growth and we are now looking for an experienced administrator to join our team 25-30 hours a week.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Basic admin requirements such as photocopying, filing, laminating, archiving, etc
- Processing registrations from initial enquiry through to child starting at the nursery using EYWorks system (training provided).
- Processing acceptances and leavers including dealing with deposits.
- Organising settling in visits for all new nursery children, including all settling in paperwork.
- Issuing welcome packs and starter paperwork where appropriate.
- Produce monthly invoicing and chasing debt where needed.
- Manage office diary, nursery emails and answering calls.
- Health and safety officer (training provided).
- Ordering consumables.

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and PO systems
- Familiarity with office environments and procedures
