**Join our I.T. Team as a Technology Adoption Lead**

**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Technology Adoption Lead in London. Your responsibilities will include:
Understand barriers to technology adoption by collaborating with digital influencers across the organisation.
- Develop data driven approach to understanding levels of adoption across the organisation
- Work with Internal Comms to deliver targeted adoption campaigns based on research and data Create roadmaps for digital adoption, linking them to line of business strategies.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to sense new technologies that the organisation should invest in Stay up to date on industry/sector activities, marketplace trends, global trends, innovation efforts and leading
- practices to evolve the internal practice.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders

**What you will need to succeed**
- Results-focused: able to set high work standards for self and demonstrate drive to meet targets
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and getting it right the first time
- Demonstrate ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, aggressive targets, and deadlines
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent active listening skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts

- **Salary: £40k up to £50k per year**:
