The focus of the role is to help our colleagues understand the impact and meaningful business growth opportunities of adopting new technologies to enhance workplace and employee experience. You will assist them in understanding the impact of new technologies and supporting the change, through training, adjusting existing business processes and communicating change.

Bringing your experience in transforming businesses through defining technology change approaches, maximising user adoption and providing change and communications plans for projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Encourage and support the business to adopt existing Office 365 and other Enterprise Application Platforms.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with internal staff and external technology partners.
- Assist the project team with planning and implementation.
- Organise and lead effective training sessions for end-users.
- Create a technology Champions Network across CBAM
- Prepare presentations and agendas for stakeholder meetings and discussions.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with internal staff and external technology partners
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

- Prosci Methodology Application
- Relevant Industry certification and/or demonstrable industry experience
- A history of delivering effective user training and product demos.
- Excellent understanding of marketing and communication.
- Capability to lead business change.
- Previous experience of working within insurance/financial services
- High degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Knowledge of the Financial services industry
