**Day-in-the-Life at Bionic**:
Based out in the field, you will be visiting potential Bionic Group customers, generating your own leads, and selling our first-class services. This is a tech-enabled sales position in which you’ll be using the industry-leading Salesforce CRM system to enrich your hybrid sales journey and help you identify and acquire new business. Good IT skills are essential, and knowledge of Salesforce or other online CRMs is desirable but full training with our fantastic in-house sales trainer will be provided.

- **Outstanding Communication Skills**: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time
- **Self-Management/Accountability**: It is important that all our Field Sales Consultants have the motivation and self-discipline to manage and to grow our existing customer base. You will relish owning the region you’re responsible for and will strategically plan your day and week to set yourself up for success. We also require all **Consultants to have access to their own vehicle (personal or rented); Clean Drivers License; and Valid Car Insurance.**:

- **Motivation**: You are results-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale. With ambition and tenacity, you are aware that patience and persistence lead to longer-term wins.

- £25k basic salary + with uncapped commission structure (Achievable OTE £40,000+)
