The Employee Experience Talent Management team at Worldpay is dedicated to creating an exceptional employee experience that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and professional growth. We are committed to designing and implementing initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that Worldpay remains a leader in the global payments industry.

**Where You’ll Own It**: You’ll own it in our thriving London Office, with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.
**What You will Own**:
As the Employee Experience and Talent Specialist, you will:
- Develop and manage projects that enhance the overall employee experience and engagement across the organisation.
- Ensure our employee value proposition and brand is the red thread through everything we do.
- Own the Impact performance experience at Worldpay, ensuring every colleague aligns with our priorities.
- Support the delivery of the career experience agenda at Worldpay.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and implement best practices for talent management.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven experience in project management within the HR or talent management space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for creating a positive employee experience and a track record of implementing successful engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
