The Employee Experience Talent Management team at Worldpay is dedicated to creating an exceptional employee experience that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and professional growth. **Where You’ll Own It**: You’ll own it in our thriving London Office, with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.

**What You will Own**:
As the Employee Experience and Talent Specialist, you will:

- Develop and manage projects that enhance the overall employee experience and engagement across the organisation.
- Ensure our employee value proposition and brand is the red thread through everything we do.
- Own the Impact performance experience at Worldpay, ensuring every colleague aligns with our priorities.
- Support the delivery of the career experience agenda at Worldpay.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and implement best practices for talent management.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion, and well-being.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in project management within the HR or talent management space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for creating a positive employee experience and a track record of implementing successful engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
