Bmw & Mini Customer Service Apprentice - Service

**Hours**: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS
- Vines Group are a private family owned business with retailers across Surrey and Sussex; in 2020 we celebrated 40 years in association with BMW and MINI.
- This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to begin your journey to becoming a qualified BMW and MINI Service Advisor. You will achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training as well as building up confidence and gaining valuable work experience whilst undertaking the role.
- Most of your 12 month apprenticeship will be on-the job training based at our centre with a mentor within the department to oversee your work-based learning. A BMW representative will also visit you usually on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met.- The classroom sessions will be offsite and delivered at the BMW Group Training Academy based in Reading, Berkshire. You will also receive the added benefit of Functional Skills support during their programme if required.- On successful completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship, the qualifications attained will be:
- IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
- IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- BMW Service Advisor Accreditation
