Vines of Gatwick have an exciting opportunity for a MINI Product Genie to join the sales team. As our Customer Product Support, you will be for sharing your passion and developed knowledge for MINI products with our customers.

- The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm. No weekendsKey Responsibilities
- The aim is to make customers feel excited about the cars - and impressed that they are getting a personalised service as you talk them through their MINI products, technology and vehicle features.
- But it’s not just about highlighting the cars performance or features. It’s about understanding the customer and how different cars and options will suit them.
- What else will you be involved in?- Developing your product knowledge and sharing it with your team. You wont be expected to know everything but you will have a passion for learning.
- Ensuring that the showroom looks top notch and presentable for our customers
- Supporting our sales executives with vehicle handovers and test drives
- Assisting with photography and maintenance for the used car displays
- Collection and delivery of vehicles, this is a great opportunity to test drive the cars we sell. That way you can truly bring the driving experience to life

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Our successful Customer Product Support will have the drive and ambition to develop their skills and career with confidence. Ideally you will have experience within a customer facing or sales role from another industry.
- We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their self development whilst being proactive and flexible. In return we will offer you all the support and tools needed to do an incredible job. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the automotive sales trade.-
