**Accounts/Administration Officer - Part Time (Pro Rata)**
**Berkeley, Gloucestershire**
A part time experienced bookkeeper and administration assistant required for a small but busy family run building contractors based in Breadstone, Berkeley.
Duties will require the maintenance of the accounting records to a high standard including:
- Purchase ledger - entering invoices, statement reconciliations and supplier payments.
- Sales ledger - invoice entry and debt management.
- Bank reconciliations - daily reconciliations
- Assistance with processing the Wages (Knowledge of CIS is desirable)
- General administrative duties to include answering the phone, interacting with customers and suppliers, filing and assisting the directors.
- Setting up new project files including Health and Safety compliance files (training can be provided)
- Management of the companies Health and Safety compliance including reporting, training and CITB liaison
The position offers free onsite parking, a competitive salary and 21 days (pro-rata) annual leave plus bank holidays.
We are flexible between 3 or 4 days, hours 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. Ideally this would be Tuesday/ Wednesday to Friday. We are unable at this present time to offer working from home, due to no remote systems in place.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 - 30 per week
