The Placement Group (T/A Mediplacements) are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our market-leading Biomedical Science (BMS) recruitment team. Opportunities like this are rare on such a hot desk,with unrestricted earning potential.

Duration: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Commission Structure

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Mon to Fri (1 day p/w WFH entitlement)

You will be representing a desk that has been established for over 27 years. You will be fully committed to proactively recruiting the best healthcare talent, adding value by supporting our clients’ staffing requirements, and delivering an absolutely outstandingservice to all parties within the recruitment cycle.

You will benefit from an excellent in-house training and support network and be working amongst some of the best recruiters in the sector.

**Essential knowledge and skills**:

- Experienced recruitment knowledge & methodology or demonstrable track record in sales
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who is able to create opportunities.
- Able to promote our opportunities and self-market across social media platforms
