An apprentice resourcer will be enrolled on an apprenticeship training programme working towards a nationally recognised qualification. We enrol our apprentices in either a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer or Level 3 Recruitment Consultant course, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The course itself offers you dedicated 1-on-1 training, development and mentorship. This training will allow you to home in on, and enhance, your individuality and uniqueness - something the company enhances and supports.
