For many years our client has been a highly trusted leader in supplying contractor/business solutions covering payroll, tax and accountancy services to numerous markets. Through their extensive portfolio of services, they are well positioned to meet the needsof today's proactive and professional contractor/company, delivering bespoke solutions for individuals or companies in both the SME and corporate sectors. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening in Waltham Abbey for a Business Development Managerto join their customer focused sales team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Proactively call potential and prospect accounts to present services and book qualified appointments
- Attend appointment and close sales of varying value.
- Utilise an existing database to develop prospects
- Research and map out new prospects
- Rapidly progress your career
The ideal, degree educated Business Development Manager will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

- 1-2 years outbound closing experience (Umbrella/Payroll Solutions preferred)
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Genuine drive, business acumen and a true desire for career progression
- High levels of motivation, attention to detail and a natural ability to build relationships
- Possess a current driving licence and live within an easy commute of Waltham Abbey
The successful Business Development Manager can expect:

- A starting salary circa 35-45k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 50-60k
- An excellent benefits package
