**Position**:Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- **Location**: London/ Part Remote
- **Salary**:£28,000 pro rata
- **Contract**:6 Month Fixed Term Contract
- **_Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week_**

**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**:

- Have you worked in a HR, Recruitment or a Talent related role previously?
- Would you enjoy assisting with recruitment activity for Graduate, Intern and Apprenticeship roles?
- Would you like to have the responsibility of acting as a point of contact for the team and resolving queries and providing support to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently?
- Do you have strong administration skills and would enjoy writing adverts and supporting the onboarding recruitment process for our client?

**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Next Gen Manager, you will be working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Management (TM) and the Next Gen Team to assist with recruitment activity for Graduate, Intern andApprenticeship roles across our clients business lines.

**Key Tasks**:

- Administrative and invoicing support with tasks and queries in relation to recruitment processes and suppliers such as job boards, LinkedIn, assessment providers, finance, P/O’s, ATS and other 3rd party partners
- ATS and other Next Gen recruitment support, including
- Managing logistics for Assessment centres (arranging catering, IT support, liaising with reception and facilities).
- Event Support (supporting in house events, on-campus events careers fairs)
- Support with onboarding process for all Next Gen Cohorts
- Undertake administrative duties to support the wider team according to demands of the business
- Promotes our clients employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented
- Understand and be compliant with latest legislation including GDPR, Data Protection and our clients policies
- Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles
- Working collaboratively and flexibly as part of the TA team providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Managing all job postings on Avature and general administrative duties supporting this activity (advertising roles
- Liaising with Marketing to regularly post on social media to promote Next Gen schemes, responding to social media comments, managing Glassdoor presence
- Managing feedback request calls
- Any other miscellaneous activities as required.
