**Location**:Hybrid, but very flexible. Regular time spent in our London Bridge office for team based practices and events, but a mixture of office and home based working patterns weekly.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Talent team at Zoopla. As TA Coordinator you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a key supporting role across a wide range of recruitment initiatives.

The TA Team operates in a busy high pace/high expectation environment, but we have lots of fun along the way As TA Coordinator you will help support our efforts to drive forward our Employer Value Proposition, which helps to sustain Zoopla as a top employer in the tech space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and administering Workable, our Applicant tracking system
- Organising new starters process; processing offers onto HRIS system (Workday), organising IT equipment and updating hiring managers
- Regular monthly reporting - including Talent Acquisition budget monitoring
- Events management - inhouse and external events (e.g. TechSheCan, Women of Silicon Roundabout, Tech Meetups, Future Frontiers)
- Change for Tomorrow programme - Zoopla in the Community coaching
- Raising Purchase Orders for recruitment costs
- Managing Agency preferred supplier lists
- Managing and coordinating work experience students

**Skills**:

- Experience working with an ATS and/or HR System (ideally Workable or Workday)
- Self-organised and able to organise others in a fast pace environment
- Analytical and proactive, able to spot problems and develop solutions to rectify quickly
- Attention to detail and a natural problem solver
- Experience of working within recruitment processes advantageous
- Collaborative nature
- Confident communication at all levels
