The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will sit within the Human Resources Department in London. The HR team has global responsibility for all people matters within BlueCrest, encompassing: employee relations, benefits, reward, data analytics, recruitment, and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to provide best in class recruitment support as well as play an integral part in the smooth running of the function. **Key Responsibilities** - Interview scheduling across different time zones: London, New York, Singapore - Facilitate agency briefing calls between hiring managers and recruitment agencies - Greenhouse (ATS) maintenance - Post roles externally - Map roles internally - Update Recruitment Tracker daily to ensure all recruitment activity can be tracked and reported diligently - Manage the process for new recruitment agencies: - Manage KYC - Prepare Terms of Business (including follow up with agency as needed) - Collate frequent external benchmarking to ensure we remain competitive as a firm - Review and process invoices in a timely manner - Job description preparation for new vacancies - Ad-hoc administrative duties as needed **Experience Required** - Financial Services would be advantageous - Exposure to working in an In-House Recruitment/ HR team - Enjoys interacting with senior stakeholders - Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Skills Required**: - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communicator (verbal and written) - Ability to effectively multi - task and prioritise workload - Organisational - Problem solver - Able to meet tight deadlines - Work well under pressure **About you** You will be eager to gain knowledge of BlueCrest recruitment best practices and improve processes.
