Continental landscapes are looking to recruit a Contracts Supervisor for our newly awarded grounds maintenance contract based in West Berkshire.

You will be required to lead and manage assigned grounds maintenance teams, undertaking overall supervision of the different elements of the contract and be accountable for the effective delivery of all services.

You will support the Contract Manager in ensuring all elements of the contract specification and standards are met in line with operational requirements, company procedures and legal obligations.

Able to work on your own initiative, you will organise teams, plan work schedules and rotas, conduct ongoing training, have excellent customer care skills, and be flexible with a can-do attitude.

You will be accountable for undertaking daily inspections of sites to monitor quality standards, recording and reporting issues to the Contract Manager in a timely fashion.

You will work effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent levels of quality service and productivity are being achieved across your assigned contract area.

You will be honest, reliable, well-presented, leading by example, you will ensure the values of Continental Landscapes are upheld and demonstrated by all team members across the contract each and every day.
