Positions Available Engineer Supervisor Be the first point of contact for our field‑based engineering team, provide crucial support, answer technical questions, and deliver training. Support, guide, and train engineers on the road; act as a liaison between the office and field teams; help resolve complex technical issues. Role will be part field and office based. Senior Engineer Lead from the front, set the standard for excellence, and serve as the face of Scion for customers. Manage key projects, provide expert installation and commissioning, act as a role model for junior engineers, and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. Maintenance Engineer Manage our growing portfolio of maintenance contracts, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant. Conduct scheduled 6/12 monthly service visits for clients including Gyms, Schools, Retail Branches, and Residential properties. Service and troubleshoot systems including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Extinguishers, and more. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, and Data Cabling. For the Maintenance Engineer role: direct experience with servicing the above systems is essential. A strong team player with excellent communication skills. A proactive problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail. A full UK driving licence.
