**Job Title**:Mobile Property Caretaker

**Location**:Reading

**Salary**:Salary £19,800 + Bonus + Additional benefits

**Hours**:Core working hours are?8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday?with extra hours sometimes required. Full time

**Key Skills**:

- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as our company’s representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the?Reading area?to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
