**Customer Service Administrator**
Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a Customer Service Officer to join us at our Head office in St Albans.

The role of a customer service support officer is a diverse one. You will be part of a team of customer service support officers with a variety of tasks including:

- First point of contact for our service users
- Monitoring our electronic monitoring system to ensure we all calls are completed in the agreed time slots.
- First line of support to our care staff in the community.
- Maintaining and updating relevant records and spreadsheets
- Other associated support duties.
