Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm and 8.00am to 5.00pm

**The Role**

Work activities vary but will include - telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.

**Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks**:

- Co-ordinate and optimise all agreed work activities for both Direct and Sub Contractor teams.
- Update and maintain the programme to ensure all work activities are undertaken to ensure timely completion of works.
- Data Input - update of the workstream programme and onto the client CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, providing first call resolution.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure teams have correct and relevant paperwork with associated supporting documents i.e. safe digs and maps.
- Be pro-active in developing new systems to meet the changing departmental needs.

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have previous administration experience and we’ll expect accurate Microsoft Office skills with good intermediate knowledge of Excel and error free data entry.

As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
