Venn Group are currently recruiting for an Organisational Development Lead for a Public Sector Organisation based in Nottinghamshire. This is a 3 -4 month contract, offering a daily rate of £202 (Umbrella) dependant on experience.

**Hybrid working, 1 -2 days per week on site**

**Duties**:

- Facilitate an OD approach to change and develop quality systems and process to ensure organisational learning is effective and embedded across the organisation
- Support the development of the organisation at all levels including Executive, Senior Management Team and Clinical Services
- Support coaching, mentoring and leadership development within the organisation
- Report through the newly formed Engagement & Wellbeing Group, the post holder will develop, lead on and evaluate a programme of OD in accordance with the delivery of the Workforce Strategy, vision and values
- Lead the OD component of the Workforce Strategy and ensure OD is embedded at all levels across the organisation
- Work alongside service leads to support the business planning process to identify, diagnose and plan to address OD needs through a clear strategic framework, with tailored support to services to enable performance improvement and increased engagement
- Champion staff engagement, wellbeing and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure OD delivers added value throughout services
- Introduce a range of tools and methodologies which supports engagement, wellbeing and workforce development and complements transformation and service improvement
- Design and deliver both learning and development interventions, plus bespoke facilitation sessions for the Executive team and the Senior Management Team
- Ensure all engagement, wellbeing and OD interventions are evaluated and learning is shared across the organisation through the Learning Lessons Group
