Your mission is to design and implement innovative Early Careers, Leadership, and Apprenticeship learning solutions that are strategically aligned with the organisation’s overarching goals.**What you'll do*** Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint learning gaps through data-driven insights, ensuring our L&D initiatives meet the evolving needs of the organisation.* Program Design & Delivery: Create and execute engaging blended learning experiences, leveraging partnerships with our external supplier network to enhance Early Careers and Develop UK initiatives.* Stakeholder Management: Forge strong collaborations with HR, management, and associates, fostering alignment and engagement around L&D solutions to maximize organisational impact.* Measuring Impact: Collaborate with our L&D Coordinator to identify and assess the effectiveness of learning programs, systematically evaluating their contribution to business performance.* Project Management: Take the lead in managing L&D projects, ensuring timely execution and meaningful delivery that resonates with participants and stakeholders.* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance L&D processes and programs, driving a culture of excellence and innovation.* Staying Current: Stay abreast of the latest best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development to continually elevate our offerings.* Supplier Management: Collaborate with a range of external suppliers to design and execute impactful learning solutions, including high-quality Leadership, Apprenticeships, and Early Careers programs.* Budget Management: Assist the Head of Talent Development in overseeing the L&D budget for designated programs, ensuring resources are utilised effectively for maximum return on investment**What we're looking for*** Programme Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise, and execute multiple projects, setting and tracking deadlines that drive results.* Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional programs and managing complex projects that require collaboration and foresight.* Impact Assessment: Expertise in measuring and evidencing the return on investment (ROI) of development programs relative to business objectives.* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.* Proficiency in Learning Models: Strong understanding of learning and development theories and practices, adept at guiding the entire learning cycle.* Instructional Design Expertise: Skilled in creating captivating learning materials in partnership with external suppliers, ensuring a rich learning experience.* Adaptability & Resilience: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and maintaining high performance under pressure.* Familiarity with Learning Technologies: Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and relevant technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance learning experiences.* Creative Design Skills: Ability to produce high-quality marketing and communication materials that effectively engage stakeholders and promote learning initiatives.**Where and how you'll work**This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we're open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.**What’s in it for you*** Bring us all this - and you’ll be well rewarded with a role contributing to the roadmap of an organisation committed to transformation* We offer high performers strong and diverse career progression, investing heavily in developing great people through our Capital One University training programmes (and appropriate external providers)* Immediate access to our core benefits including pension scheme, bonus, generous holiday entitlement and private medical insurance – with flexible benefits available including season-ticket loans, cycle to work scheme and enhanced parental leave* Open-plan workspaces and accessible facilities designed to inspire and support you.
