Events Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our successful bra fitting events and experience team, part-time, 30-35 hours per week. We have a unique contract with the British Army, to fit and supply all new female recruits with properly fitting, high impact sports bras for their basic training. This requires us to visit five training centres across the UK, for approximately 40 fittings a year. Alongside this, we have several public fitting events throughout the year, and we need someone up for the challenge to lead these events.

We are looking for someone who has a passion and interest in sport and women's health, who can lead our external and virtual fitting events. This sector of our business is crucial to our success and is vital to our brand values and beliefs.

You do not need previous bra fitting experience, just a can-do attitude and willingness to learn - all training will be done in house.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for leading all fitting events for our commercial contracts, managing your team of fitters on the day to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, professionally and with personal care for the women being fitted.
- There are approximately 40 fitting events per year. These are usually carried out in a day, with 3-hour drives to location. You must be a confident driver for this role, and comfortable with long, yet rewarding days
- Support the Brand Manager to actively develop and expand our mobile and virtual fitting service to more people and clients.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for leading all fitting events for our commercial contracts, managing your team of fitters on the day to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, professionally and with personal care for the women being fitted.
- Deliver fitting events to the agreed standard and boobydoo style.
- Be an ambassador for the boobydoo brand when at events and outside of.
- Responsible for pre and post event duties, including:

- Preparing the company car and keeping event kit tidy and presentable.
- Processing orders in Mintsoft, taking appropriate action with substitutions and ensuring orders are shipped in line with our contracted service commitments.
- Being acutely aware of stock availability and adjusting offer accordingly.
- Being an expert in product and fitting knowledge.

- Delivery of virtual fitting appointments, supporting the Customer Service team.

**Additional responsibilities and expectations**:

- When not at fitting events, it is expected that your remaining hours in the week are spent contributing to other areas of the business, in particular our Customer Service and Operations team, this includes but not limited to:

- Hosting virtual bra fitting appointments.
- Processing returns and refunds.
- Selling product and taking payment over the phone.
- Processing orders for our online websites.
