Working within our team at our wonderful head office in Derby, you will help participants who are taking part in a variety of events organised and managed by us ensuring they have an amazing experience throughout their 8 week training journey and event night

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- General admin and handling of participant and event queries.
- Supporting our Facebook groups by answering messages and posting updates
- Arranging coaching sessions, including finding venues and coaches where required.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties.
- Organise and maintain shared documents.
- Track attendance and targets of the participants attending training sessions ensuring they meet requirements
- Attend events on the day, where required, and assist with the preparation and running of the event.
- Assist other team members or departments for the needs of the business.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Organisational skills
- Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- General customer service skills including telephone communication skills to engage with team members, participants and third parties.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to adapt to the needs of business
- Ability to work within a team and with third parties
- To have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Attention to detail

**Job Types: Full-time**

Pay: £12.00

With a view to regular pay rises
