**Business Development Manager**
We have an excellent opportunity to work with a leading professional services consultancy, supporting their new dedicated sales team. You will be responsible for successfully acquiring new business, as well as key relationship management of high-profileclients.
**Business Development Manager Responsibilities**
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Deliver an improvement in the overall strength of the sales pipeline and average consulting proposal value, through identification of new client targets in specified industries
Implement clear strategic client pursuit plans via consultative selling techniques to lead proposals from initial enquiry through to on-boarding new business
Utilize industry contacts, sales insight tools, existing clients and newly generated leads via marketing activities to drive engagement and new business revenue
Successfully convert and maximise new pipeline opportunities, tenders, and key account management activities, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Key account management, supporting and expanding high profile client relationships, through identification of client needs, providing first-class customer service
