Position Summary: The Process Development Manager drives improvement in services processes technical and automation processes shipping office processes and Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurances (QA) processes with an emphasis on process quality scale and reliability. Makes multiple contributions to Lab Services operations that facilitate existing processes integrate novel ones and train individuals in best practices. This individual serves as a flexible subject-matter expert with particular focus on continuous improvement workflow process development quality control and technical this role the individual will engage regularly in the lab and produce standard documentation deliverables such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. This individual defines process needs specifies requirements procures and qualifies solutions while also leading equipment facility and improvement projects.
