About the Role:
As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of the company, including but not limited to preparing financial statements, managing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of financial statements and monthly management accounts
- Preparation of financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders
- Managing the company's budget and forecasting financial trends
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Managing the company's financial systems and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Providing financial advice to the management team
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
**Requirements**:

- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a financial accountant or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
