We’re currently recruiting for a Data and Records Coordinator to join our team in either our Northampton or Warrington office to help support new processes that are being developed and provide admin support to our team. If you’re comfortable working in a moving environment, willing to learn, have great attention to detail, and are good at multi-tasking, we want to hear from you.

**Position overview**:

- Provide the company with a full range of administration support in accordance with all policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist the team with invoices.
- Assist the team in tracking the projects’ progress and compliance through every stage.
- Play a key role in the management of our records.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our database.
- Assist the Electricity Network Manager with the short-term project of network record transfer.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of network records management.
- Collate information from various parties.
