**Full Job Description**
Working alongside the leadership of Citiguard management team you will assist in providing a professional, high quality, employee focussed onboarding, employment screening and compliance monitoring across our company. Working in partnership with the HR Support Services and the Citiguard management team, your role will be to support a seamless on-boarding process and HR / transformation, and assist in the daily compliance process for Citiguard.
**_Applicants on 20 hour student visa's will not be considered for this role._**
Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Placing vacant position adverts on various platforms.
- Delivery of a high quality, accurate onboarding and employment screening service for all our employees. Making sure this complies with current legislation and follow advice provided from our HR consultants
- Liaise with the Senior management and Relevant consultants in regards to HR and business issues or points of concern.
- Maintain the integrity of all HR Data, data flow, processes, and procedure
- Updating of company systems for new and current employees.
- Monitoring process and procedures for compliance to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Reporting to the management team and liaising with suppliers and other relevant parties.
- A professional telephone manner with an excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment
- Excellent M/S word and excel skills needed
- Thorough with attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to learn
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £13,100.00 per year
