Buono Italian is a small Italian restaurant / coffee shop proud to offer great food, great service and a great working environment.

We are currently looking for an **Experienced Restaurant /Bar Supervisor** to join our team _with relevant service experience _to work at our small restaurant in Bushey Heath WD23 (15min from Edgware & Watford/ 8 min from Stanmore - Bus 142 either way)
- Assist our customer's in person and on the phone
- Serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently (Wait on tables)
- Fluent spoken English is a must
- Able to work alone and as part of a team when needed as well as supervise that all is in place before, during & after service
- Follow up regulations and ensure the team follow up procedures & protocols
- Avalability to work week & weekends (day & evenings) based on a variable rota basis
- **Experienced in a similar role in the catering industry is a must**

This job requires you to work on a rota basis for which flexibility is compulsory in order to be considered for this job. You will be trusted with important responsibilities which include opening and closing (if and when needed) and other essential related duties needed to be carried out as instructed by your manager.
- We are looking for someone reliable and responsible on a full time basis.
- Able to manage floor staff and liaise with the owner with regards to service and operations
- Listen and follow directions is a must as well as a good eye to detail to spot what is needed
- We seek someone who is able to perform the job with a smile, someone who can leave problems at home and make our customer's eating experience worth of a five star review
