**Job Summary**:
Looking for a worker with experience in hospitality to fill in full and part time roles. For a full time role, we are looking for somebody with good communication with customers and other staff, make good coffee and overall being reliable for the role. For a part time role, we are looking for someone with a similar skillset - especially prior experience working in hospitality.

**Duties**:

- Run food and drink to tables.
- Take orders from customers.
- Input all orders taken into the till and provide a ticket for the kitchen.
- Taking payments from customers.
- Making coffees (latte, cappuccino, flat white, americano, etc), teas and hot chocolate.
- Organising the bar area.
- Serving alcohol to customers (no cocktails - only wine, beer and mixers).
- Cleaning tables after customers leave and organising them again.
- Let the kitchen know when stocks of drinks are running low.

**Desired experience**:
Looking for somebody with prior experience in hospitality - does not have to be too extensive, but enough so that you are at home in the environment and can quickly adapt to our restaurant. You should already be confident in coffee-making, taking orders and payments, and communication with customers and staff.

**Hours**:
Looking for somebody to work as many hours as possible for both roles. Primarily looking for workers between Wednesday - Sunday, with a minimum of 15 hours a week (for part-time). The restaurant is open from 12:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 22:00 from Monday to Friday (two hour closure in between). It is open from 12:00 - 22:30 on Saturday and 12:00 - 21:00 on Sunday.
